So my wonderful mother-in-law found this awesome blog http://kidgiddy.blogspot.com/ and emailed me the link. I took a look and found a great solution to sweet little Paislee's thumb sucking issue!!!! The thumb guard is a super cute thumb cover that snaps around the wrist so it cannot be taken off....I want to give it a try. (To use - put thumb cover on, screw apart binding post, insert tube end in through the grommets and then screw the other piece on.)
